As a small child Sam loved building houses with Legos and aspired to be an engineer. He pursued his lifelong dream and graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Benha Faculty of Engineering located in Benha, Egypt. Sam was an excellent civil engineer but longed for something more fulfilling and wanted to pursue his second passion of helping people. He knows that real estate is a very personal business. It's the personal warmth and caring that he brings to every transaction that makes him a successful real estate agent. Sam's mission is to provide his clients with the world's best sales paired with his engineering experience and proven negotiation strategies that will help each of his clients get the best home buying experience possible. “My biggest reward is to see my clients happy.
